Position Summary

The Director of Digital Marketing is responsible for developing strategies, overseeing the successful execution of plans, and driving all digital marketing activities, resources, and programs to achieve business objectives in support of our patients and the communities we serve. This role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing channels, analytics, customer journeys, brand, and the critical part digital plays in holistic marketing and communications. The Director will lead a team of digital marketing professionals and collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment to the business and deliver results.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities of the Job

Lead, motivate, and develop the digital and social media marketing team with a focus on growth and continuous improvement. Champion collaboration, open communication, and streamlined processes across teams, departments, and with external partners to ensure maximum alignment and harmony.Foster a customer-centric approach in all marketing efforts, ensuring journeys are seamless and as frictionless as possible in support of what is best for our patients and the communities we serve, by always keeping the patient and what they are trying to solve for top of mind.Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and the strategic plan. Develop and manage the digital roadmap and all activities to ensure milestones and KPIs are achieved. Orchestrate all digital and social media programs (websites, SEO, PPC, patient app, etc.) to ensure strategic alignment and continuous optimization across all channels to hit KPIs and lead the market.Lead the development and execution of innovative digital acquisition strategies to drive growth and innovation. Collaborate with internal teams to optimize channel performance and ensure effective digital acquisition efforts. Leverage patient engagement platforms and CRM to deliver the right message to the right patient at the right time, streamline marketing processes, and improve data-driven decision-making.Utilize analytics tools to track campaign performance, measure ROI, and make data-driven decisions to optimize digital marketing efforts. Regularly report on achievements and areas of opportunity.Oversee the creation, distribution, and management of high-quality, engaging, and on-brand content across all digital platforms.Enhance and maintain the brand’s digital experience and online reputation. Ensure brand consistency and integrity across all digital marketing initiatives.Stay current with digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices. Implement innovative strategies to keep the brand at the forefront of the digital landscape.Manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and maximum ROI.Ensure all digital marketing activities comply with industry regulations and standards (ADA, HIPAA, OCR)*Placement in the pay range is based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, relevant years of experience and qualifications. Minimum Requirements

Qualifications/Work Experience:

Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role, preferably in the healthcare industry.Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices, including SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, paid media, and content marketing.Proven track record of developing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns.Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to analyze complex data and make data-driven decisions.Knowledge of healthcare regulations and the unique challenges of marketing in the healthcare industry.Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a results-oriented approach.Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce or Adobe Experience.Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.Superior verbal and written communication skills.Independent self-starter with excellent organizational and time management skills.Education/Licensure/Certification:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
