Job Summary The Powersports Service Writer serves as the primary point of contact between customers and the service department. This role is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, accurately documenting service needs, and ensuring clear communication between customers and technicians. Previous service writing experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate with strong communication skills and a passion for the powersports industry.
