In this role, you will: Design and update marketing materials, including flyers, signage, photos, and presentation packages. Support team and client needs by producing maps, aerials, reports, and other visual assets. Maintain consistent brand standards across all deliverables. Help manage marketing calendars, listings, email campaigns, and online platforms. Participate in creative brainstorming and strategy discussions. Assist with daily administrative tasks that help keep the department running smoothly. We’re looking for someone with: A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 3+ years working in marketing, design, or a similar support role Strong communication and organizational skills Comfort navigating a fast‑moving, project‑heavy environment Ability to juggle multiple deadlines with accuracy and professionalism Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Exposure to tools like Constant Contact, CoStar, LoopNet, Smartsheet, or Teams (a bonus!)
