We are partnering with a growing consumer products company in the retail and private label space seeking a Packaging Graphic Designer focused on packaging and brand design. This role supports major retail accounts by developing packaging concepts, production-ready artwork, and digital assets that align with brand and retailer requirements. The position works cross-functionally with sales, product development, and marketing to ensure packaging and visual assets support both retail and ecommerce initiatives. What You Will Do Lead packaging design projects from concept through final production approval across key retail accounts Develop packaging layouts and dielines that align with brand standards and retailer specifications Manage artwork revisions, proofing cycles, and final file preparation for factory release Create shelf renderings, sales deck visuals, and concept artwork to support merchandising and sales presentations Edit and retouch digital imagery for ecommerce and marketing needs Prepare and manage digital assets for platforms such as Syndigo Maintain organized file structures and version control for all design projects Collaborate with Sales, Product Development, and Marketing to align packaging visuals with merchandising and campaign strategies Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field, or equivalent experience Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator and Photoshop Understanding of print production processes and preparing files for manufacturing Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously Strong attention to detail in typography, layout, and brand consistency Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams Team-oriented with a flexible and adaptable approach to changing business needs #J-18808-Ljbffr
