We are looking for a Learning Experience Designer, the sole architect of our digital training presence. You will be the owner of the learner’s journey and the creative engine behind our customer‑facing education.
Role Overview:
Own the LMS: Build, launch, and manage an asynchronous training platform as the product owner.
Create engaging digital content: Storyboard, film, and edit high‑quality training videos that users want to watch.
Design instructional pathways: Develop knowledge checks, learning pathways, and curriculum that stick.
Key Results Areas:
LMS Mastery: Build, launch, and optimize a world‑class asynchronous customer training platform that reduces time‑to‑value for our users.
Content Excellence: Produce a library of videos and interactive modules that make the Fleet360 transition seamless and scalable.

Is an Instructional Architect who creates knowledge checks, learning pathways, and curriculum that sticks.
The Bottom Line We are seeking a builder with intense focus on creating scalable learning experiences and mastering training operations.
Total compensation is $90,000 to $110,000, depending on experience. This is a full‑time role, reporting to the Manager of Professional Services.
