Overview

The Communications Manager is responsible for planning and executing the company's internal and external communications across digital, web, social media, email, and print channels. This role ensures brand consistency across all marketing and communication efforts while supporting internal teams with strategic messaging. Responsibilities

Develop and execute integrated communication strategies aligned with the client’s mission and organizational goals Partner with internal stakeholders to identify communication needs and translate them into effective messaging Create, edit, and publish content across websites, newsletters, social media, email campaigns, and print materials Write and research content related to financial wellness, retirement planning, ministry needs, and faith-based topics Ensure consistent brand voice, tone, and messaging across all communication platforms Manage digital channels, including website updates and social media content Analyze audience engagement and performance metrics to improve communication strategies Monitor industry trends and recommend improvements to communication and promotional initiatives Manage multiple communications projects while maintaining strong attention to detail and deadlines Required Qualifications

5-10 years of experience managing communications initiatives, preferably in financial services, nonprofit, or faith-based organizations Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with the ability to create engaging content across multiple channels Experience managing website content using CMS platforms such as Umbraco, WordPress, or SharePoint Ability to translate complex financial or technical information into clear, accessible messaging Comfort working within faith-based environments and supporting ministry-related communications Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, including PowerPoint Preferred Qualifications

Experience with video editing Degree in communications, journalism, marketing, media, language arts, or a related field Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (including Photoshop) Experience with email marketing tools such as Mailchimp and survey platforms such as SurveyMonkey Pay: $100,000-115,000 yr. + Great Benefits Schedule: 3 days on site (Tues-Thurs) | 2 days remote (Mon & Fri) Location: Morningside Heights, NY
