The Art Director builds strong collaborative relationships with colleagues and clients through empathy and active listening. They instinctively know how to assemble the right creative energy around an idea, bringing collaborators together to make the work stronger. A passionate individual with insatiable curiosity, they stay immersed in emerging creative culture and are comfortable conceptualizing complex brand identities, graphic systems, video art direction, and digital campaigns.
The Art Director’s assignments will vary depending on their expertise, covering advertising conception (360°), visual identity, brand graphic identity, physical space graphic design, packaging, and in-store POS (Point of Sale). They challenge the status quo and strive to build strategic brand identities based on client needs and a unique, differentiating creative positioning. They are responsible for representing TUX’s unique agile creative approach and entrepreneurial spirit, transforming the relationship between creativity and brands.
