Key Duties and Responsibilities BCYF Roche Summer Program Overview:
Provide a safe, fun environment for all program participants.
Offer a variety of engaging activities, including:
Art and creative projects
Sports and recreational activities
Team-building exercises
Educational workshops and games
Encourage social development and teamwork among participants.
Ensure a positive and inclusive atmosphere for all youth involved.

Organized: Skilled in managing time, resources, and activities efficiently. Able to keep track of multiple tasks, ensure that all logistics run smoothly, and maintain a structured environment for both staff and participants.
