A Better Opportunity The Senior UX Writer plays a critical role in shaping and elevating the user experience across our digital products. This roleis responsible forcrafting clear, concise, and user‑centered content across all customer touchpoints, ensuring users navigate our platforms with clarity and confidence.

This is a highly hands‑on position with direct exposure to executive leadership, including the CEO. The ideal candidate brings strong ownership, strategic thinking, and the ability to translate product vision into precise, impactful content aligned with business goals.

Responsibilities

Create clear, concise, and engaging copy for user interfaces, microcopy (buttons, error messages, instructional text), help articles, and notifications.

Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, engineers, and researchers to ensure content aligns with user needs and business objectives.

Develop andmaintaincontent style guides and standards for tone, consistency, and brand voice across platforms.

Conduct and apply user research and testing tooptimizecopy for usability and clarity.

Edit and revise existing content for improved readability, accessibility, and effectiveness.

Document andmaintaincopywriting guidelines and best practices.

Activelyparticipatein design and content brainstorming, usability reviews, and feedback sessions.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Human‑Computer Interaction, or a related field

5–8+ years of experience in UX writing or content design; experience in fintech, regulated, or complex product environments preferred

Experience collaborating with executive leadership

Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills with a user‑first mindset.

Strong understanding of user‑centered design principles and digital product UX.

Experience conducting user research and usability testing.

Familiarity with design tools (Figma) and agile product workflows.

Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.

Collaborative spirit; able to work effectively with cross‑functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in highly regulated industries or localization for global audiences.

Understanding ofcontent management systems (CMS), HTML/CSS basics, and conversational interfaces (chatbots, voice UI).

UX Writing certification (e.g., UX Writing Hub, Nielsen Norman Group)a plus.
