We make chocolate from just two ingredients — cocoa beans and cane sugar — and travel to origins to build long-term relationships with producers. We tell real stories through video and social media to expand our connections and showcase the craft behind every product. About The Role This is a creative role that lives on social media. You will find, investigate, shape, and share authentic stories from our factory and product development processes. You’ll often capture moments in-the-moment and may work with a professional videographer to build a content library for product pages and campaigns. You will focus on content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and X, and be the primary architect of how Dandelion’s craft story is told across channels. You’ll script, shoot, edit, caption, and publish, using AI tools and editing software fluently. You’ll participate in bi-weekly content roadmap meetings with Product, Copywriting, and cross-functional teams, and collaborate with the Ads team to maintain consistent storytelling across paid and organic channels. You’ll adapt to production delays and shifts in plans by finding the story in the moment. Responsibilities Content Creation & Storytelling: Own end-to-end production of video and written content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube. Prioritize authentic, in-the-moment capture (iPhone-native) and occasionally collaborate with a professional videographer to build a content repository for product landing pages and campaigns. Develop Reels, long-form video, captions, and scripts that connect audiences to the people and craft behind every product. Social Media & Channel Management: Manage and grow Dandelion’s social presence, including posting and engaging with the community. Content Planning & Cross-functional Collaboration: Lead bi-weekly content roadmap meetings and develop a rolling content calendar aligned with product launches, seasonal moments, and origin stories. Ads Consistency: Ensure paid content reflects the same storytelling standards and voice as organic content. Adaptability & Factory Pulse: Monitor production schedules and packaging timelines; pivot quickly to tell the story when plans change. AI & Production Tools: Use AI tools and editing software to support efficient, high-quality end-to-end production while maintaining creative judgment. Other tasks as necessary.
