Responsibilities

Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while providing expert guidance throughout the entire real estate transaction process.

Conduct market research to identify property values, market trends, and competitive listings to advise clients effectively.

Develop and maintain a network of contacts, including potential buyers, sellers, and other real estate professionals.

Coordinate property showings, open houses, and client meetings to showcase available listings.

Prepare and present offers, counteroffers, and contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and company standards.

Negotiate terms and conditions of sales or leases to achieve the best outcomes for clients.

Stay updated on local real estate laws, regulations, and industry best practices to provide accurate information and maintain professional standards.

Qualifications

Valid real estate license in the state of Missouri

Minimum of 2 years experience in residential or commercial real estate sales

Strong knowledge of local real estate market trends in St. Louis and surrounding areas

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proven ability to negotiate and close deals effectively

Proficient with real estate CRM software and MLS systems

Self‑motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently

Ability to manage multiple clients and transactions simultaneously

Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and building long‑term client relationships

Familiarity with real estate contracts, disclosures, and legal requirements

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
