Sets marketing objectives based on prior results and market expectations
Conducts market research and analysis, as well as other pertinent data, to develop marketing plans
Work closely with the Marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies to promote primarily on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Tiktok and other online platforms
Develop all sales teams' and media outlets' marketing strategy
Approves and supervises the creation of promotional materials, website content, advertisements, and other marketing-related initiatives
Engage with clients on all platforms, answering client’s queries and needs
Works with a variety of media buyers, advertising agencies, printers, and other service providers to bring marketing projects to life
Provides detailed information to prospective clients and represents the marketing department at key buyer meetings
Develops cost-effective marketing plans for each product or service within the department budget
Keeps track of all marketing and sales statistics and prepares detailed written and verbal reports for senior executives
Responds to collected data and other feedback by adjusting marketing campaigns and plans as appropriate
What you’ll need:
Bachelor's degreein Marketing, Advertising or any related field.
With at least 5 years of experience or more.
with experience in Real Estate Marketing Department is a plus.
Experience with search engine marketing interfaces for deploying and managing paid search campaigns.
Strong communication skills and the ability to command a presence when needed
Ability to handle multiple high priority projects and to change direction in managing online campaigns
A strong understanding of online marketing and statistical analysis
Ability to work independently or in a team setting
