Responsibilities
Execute lead generation systems weekly
Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
Participate in team activities per team standards
Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings, and Partner Call
Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
Write and negotiate offers on behalf of your buyers
Track activities and clients with PLACE Technology
Qualifications
Self-driven sales expert with a competitive edge
Skilled at establishing rapport, understanding client needs, and providing effective solutions
Proficient in prospecting and generating leads
Naturally adept at handling objections
Clear and confident communicator dedicated to exceptional service
Collaborative team member
Licensed real estate agent or open to obtaining licensure
Exceptional written and oral communication abilities
Committed to continuous learning and personal growth
Highly organized
Open to mastering scripts and conversational techniques
Strong time management capabilities
Previous industry experience is a plus
