to plan, execute, and optimize direct marketing campaigns. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys analyzing customer behavior, crafting targeted communications, and working closely with sales and marketing teams to drive engagement and conversions.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute direct marketing campaigns across channels such as email, SMS, social media, and direct mail
Segment and target audiences to maximize campaign effectiveness
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop campaign messaging and creative assets
Track and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
Maintain accurate campaign documentation, schedules, and reporting
Support the development of promotional strategies to increase customer acquisition and retention
Stay up-to-date with direct marketing trends, tools, and best practices
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred
1–3 years of experience in direct marketing, digital marketing, or campaign management
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with email marketing platforms, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously
