Overview We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to support our marketing team in developing high-quality visual assets across eCommerce, retail, and brand channels. This role plays an essential part in executing cohesive, on-brand creative that supports product launches, retail initiatives, and seasonal campaigns. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, manages multiple projects effectively, and brings strong visual storytelling skills to every deliverable.
Responsibilities Design and update digital assets for eCommerce platforms, retail marketing, packaging, point-of-purchase displays, social media, and brand campaigns
Support email marketing campaigns, online promotions, and seasonal initiatives
Assist with photo coordination, image editing, and content updates
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, merchandising, and product teams
Adapt and optimize creative for various digital and retail channels
Maintain organized digital asset libraries with proper version control
Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines across all deliverables
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
1–3 years of graphic design experience, preferably within a marketing environment
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Experience creating assets for eCommerce, retail, social media, and packaging
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Solid understanding of brand standards and visual storytelling
Familiarity with digital asset management systems
Experience with KeyShot is a plus
Details Hourly Range: $22.00 to $25.00
Location: Onsite Chino, CA
Mon.-Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm
