Role Summary – Graphic Designer, Sacramento Republic FC – New Stadium The Graphic Designer will support the Partnerships Team by creating visually compelling, persuasive, and innovative design materials that bring new stadium assets, partnership concepts, and brand integrations to life. This role is central to helping the Club secure major partnership deals—including naming rights, entitlement spaces, founding-level partners, community platforms, and category exclusivities. You will transform complex information, stadium plans, marketing data, and partnership narratives into clean, dynamic visuals across presentations, proposals, digital assets, and experiential mockups. Your work will directly contribute to how Sacramento Republic FC presents its most important commercial opportunities to national and global brands. This position will collaborate closely with the partnerships team, marketing and executive leadership. Key Responsibilities Design visually compelling partnership pitch materials, including presentations, proposal decks, concept mockups, entitlement space visuals, and storytelling-driven creative assets. Translate new stadium information into clear and compelling visual formats for prospective partners. Support development of entitlement area designs, partner brand integrations, and stadium activation mockups. Maintain and elevate the Republic FC brand identity across all partnership materials. Manage day-to-day design requests for the Partnerships Team, prioritizing projects that support revenue generation and major sales efforts. Create customized presentation templates and reusable graphic elements that streamline workflow across the partnerships and marketing teams. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all design materials reflect the Club’s vision, brand standards, and partnership objectives. Perform quality checks across all materials to ensure accuracy, visual consistency, and professional presentation. Stay current on design trends, sports industry creative standards, and stadium innovation. Conduct in-depth research on target companies, industries, and key decision-makers to inform strategic partnership outreach and sales positioning. Collaborate with sales leadership to translate research insights into compelling pitch materials and customized proposals. Identify market trends, competitive sponsorship activity, and whitespace opportunities to strengthen partnership strategy and differentiation. Support the creation of revenue-driving concepts across stadium, digital, community, and experiential platforms. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field, or 3–5+ years of relevant professional design experience. Skills & Capabilities Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite. Strong ability to design for Google Slides, PowerPoint, and Keynote. Ability to craft clean, elevated, and brand-aligned visuals that support storytelling and sales objectives. Experience creating mockups and integrated brand concepts. Strong attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Collaborative working style. Working Conditions Working Environment: SRFC Front Office (Sacramento, CA) onsite Travel Requirements: Limited but requires flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
