The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading our online sales channel, which includes developing and executing our strategic digital marketing initiatives to drive online sales, enhance customer engagement, and grow our brand awareness. The Manager you will use a combination of creativity, analytical skills, and hands-on experience in digital marketing and e-commerce.

Essential Job Duties:

• Develops and implements comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve sales targets and business objectives.

• Leads a team of digital experts that are responsible for content and tactics to drive more impressions and leads to the website. Foster a collaborative and high functioning work environment.

• Plans, executes, and optimizes digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including SEO, SEM, organic and paid social media, along with display advertising.

• Oversees the management of content for digital campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.

• Works collaboratively with the Creative Team, Marketing Operations Team, Field Marketing Team and Marketing Management to focus resources where they can have the most impact.

• Manages day to day operations and maintenance of the corporate website. Ensure a seamless and engaging user experience, with updated content, optimized navigation and fast loading times. Coordinate with web developers and designers for necessary updates and improvements.

• Owns the online buy flow. Manage the online sales platform, ensuring a seamless user experience and optimizing the customer journey from acquisition to conversion.

• Collaborates with other development teams to enhance site functionality and performance.

• Refine email marketing strategies, lead their execution, and analyze the results

• Monitors and analyzes campaign performance metrics, providing regular report and insights to the leadership team

• Utilizes data driven insights to refine and improve digital marketing strategies and tactics

• Other responsibilities as assigned by the Director of Marketing Operations. *

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns.

• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.

• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Hootsuite, and marketing automation software.

• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.

• Working knowledge and comfort using WordPress.

• Experience in managing agencies and external marketing partners.

• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.

• Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on e-commerce or online sales and some time spent in a managerial position.
