Leasing Specialist – Long-Term Rentals 40 Hours Per Week | Hourly Position Monday-Friday Salary: $25.00 per Hour
Maine Street Property Management is seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Leasing Specialist to support leasing and tenant relations for our long-term rental portfolio in the Wells, Maine area. This role focuses on helping prospective tenants find the right home while supporting the day-to-day leasing operations of our growing property management company.
Responsibilities
Advertise and market available rental properties online and through multiple listing platforms
Respond to rental inquiries and communicate with prospective tenants
Schedule and conduct property showings
Assist applicants through the application and screening process
Prepare leases and coordinate lease signings
Assist with move-in coordination and onboarding new tenants
Maintain professional and friendly communication with residents
Help ensure a smooth leasing and move-in experience
Maintain organized records of listings, applications, and leases
Assist with tracking vacancies and leasing activity
Provide general administrative support related to leasing and property management
Requirements
High school diploma or GED required
Experience in leasing, sales, hospitality, or property management is a plus but not required
Strong communication and customer service skills
Highly organized with attention to detail
Comfortable using computers, software systems, and online tools
Must live within reasonable commuting distance of Wells, Maine
