Bilingual Parts Data Entry Clerk (Administrative)
Seeking a Bilingual Parts Data Entry Clerk.
Job Summary:
Accurately enter parts and tires into the system by processing vendor invoices and shop work orders. Assign shop expenses to the correct accounting codes and outside vendor work orders, including those for chassis tire services.
Enter internal work orders into TMW Repair Order daily.
Verify work order completeness prior to entry (mechanic hours, part numbers, work description, miles, truck number, VIN, etc.).
Determine part number with supervisor and perform other searches if part number not recognized by TMW.
Inform Shop Manager of any price discrepancies.
File all WOs and outside repairs into truck folders, order parts for shop and truck sales.
Enter purchased parts into TMW Stock Receipts daily and stock parts bins.
Perform quarterly parts inventory to ensure accuracy.
Handle all core returns and paperwork.
Communicate between shop and drivers regarding repairs.
Issue and record PO#s and provide stock receipts and repair orders to Accounting daily.
Schedule: Monday Through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM or As Scheduled. Pay: $20 Hourly.
Prior experience with data entry, order pulling, and inventory control.
Must be able to work in a shop setting.
Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
