About the role, Your Impact Primary functions are to assist with updating marketing materials, CRM system, and various projects to support the Business Development efforts of Vice Presidents.
What your day-to-day will look like
Prepare and update marketing materials in various platforms including Adobe InDesign, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Digital Asset Management (DAM) database maintenance.
Support writing and organizing resumes and project descriptions.
Assist in coordinating with consultant firms for teaming and gathering marketing materials.
Assist with the planning of client entertainment events and conferences.
Assist with organizing and preparing marketing materials for business development efforts.
Support social media strategy and content creation, including brainstorming, drafting, and scheduling posts
Design LinkedIn banners and branded graphics for internal sharing, recruiting, and new hires
Assist in refreshing recruiting and employer-brand materials, ensuring visual consistency and appeal
Create logos, graphics, and visual assets for seasonal merchandise and promotional items
Help execute expanded social media campaigns, turning ideas into finished content
Design a custom holiday card and assist with a broader holiday marketing campaign across print and digital channels
Contribute creative fresh ideas and assets for Zweig Best Firm announcements and promotional efforts
Assist with annual company golf outings - coordination and promotion
Assist in planning employee appreciation events and special initiatives, including 2026 employee summer event.
Duties for planning the summer event include:
Point of contact for staff questions.
Assist with registrations (making sure staff register).
Coordinate final registration counts for activities.
Event email correspondence.
Assist with decorations, welcome bags, name badges, etc.
Attend weekly planning meetings.
On-site event support including assisting with registration, ensuring events are set up to specifications, taking photos, etc.
Education/Certification Requirements
Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or other related field of study.
Must-haves, what you will bring
Experience working in engineering or architecture a plus.
Knowledge of InDesign, Photoshop, and graphic design a plus.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Compensation The salary for this role is $21.00 per hour. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, and certifications.
