About The Role
We’re looking for a Social Media Manager to oversee digital strategy and execution across multiple shows within a fast-growing creator-led media brand. This role is ideal for someone who understands how to translate long-form content into platform-native moments, build community around personality-driven media, and grow audiences without compromising brand voice.
You’ll manage content strategy across all shows to ensure consistency in tone, timing, and audience engagement while identifying new opportunities for growth. This role is perfect for someone who lives at the intersection of true crime, pop culture, and internet storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute social media strategy across all shows and platforms
Translate long-form episodes into engaging short-form clips and social moments
Oversee content calendars and ensure alignment with upload schedules
Write captions, headlines, and copy that reflect each show’s voice
Collaborate with editors and producers to identify high-impact promotional beats
Monitor analytics and platform trends to inform content decisions
Engage with audience conversations in a brand-aligned voiceIdentify growth opportunities, collaborations, and emerging formats
Qualifications
3+ years of experience managing social media for digital brands or creators
Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms
Genuine interest in true crime, internet storytelling, and pop culture
Experience working with personality-driven or podcast-style content preferred
Degree in Digital Marketing or a related field preferred
Highly organized with strong communication skills
Comfortable working in fast-paced, weekly content cycles
