Force Motion Group (FMG) is seeking a highly motived
Digital Marketing Manager. This role is responsible for driving the e-commerce strategy, growth, and performance of an organization’s online sales channels. This role oversees end‑to‑end e‑commerce operations, including site experience, merchandising, digital marketing, analytics, and customer lifecycle management—to maximize revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction. The Digital Marketing Manager will support ASRaymond, Hyson, Kaller and IGS brands globally.
Core Responsibilities
Develop and execute the company’s e-commerce and digital strategy to achieve revenue and margin goals
Identify new digital opportunities, channels, and technologies to accelerate growth
Website Experience
Oversee website UX/UI, navigation, search, and product presentation
Partner with 3rd party web design firms, engineering, and product marketing to enhance site functionality
Project management ASRaymond website transition from a consumer order strategy to customer portal information hub.
Marketing & Customer Acquisition
Collaborate with marketing and external marketing firms on SEO, SEM, email, and social media initiatives.
Ensure accurate product listings, pricing, and other key attributes.
Analytics & Performance Management
Own e‑commerce KPIs including traffic, conversion rate, AOV, revenue, and profitability.
Analyze customer behavior, market trends, and competitive insights
Lead cross‑functional teams including marketing, engineer, and operations.
Additional Marketing Support
Launch and manage internal employee communications hub.
Lead and execute NA trade show strategy for ASRaymond and Hyson.
Support Product Marketing Managers with collateral development when needed.
Qualifications
Strong understanding of e‑commerce platforms
Expertise in digital marketing, analytics, and conversion optimization
Competency in CRM (preferably Salesforce and Pardot), PIM (preferably InRiver), CMS software (preferably Optimizely/EpiServer), Google Marketing tools.
Project management experience with digital and traditional marketing initiatives.
Proven leadership and team‑management experience
Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills
Ability to work cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced environment
Education Requirements and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Digital Commerce, or related field
5–10+ years of marketing, project management and customer service experience.
Experience scaling online revenue and managing multi‑channel digital ecosystems.
Experience working within a B2B international marketing team, preferably within the industrial sector.
