Swim Director . We are seeking an experienced, enthusiastic, and highly organized aquatics professional to lead our swim programs and deliver an outstanding experience for swimmers and families.
Position Overview: The Swim Director oversees all aspects of the club’s swim program, including coaching, scheduling, team development, and supervision of aquatics staff. This leader will create a positive, safe, and engaging environment that supports swimmers of all ages and skill levels.
Job Expectations:
Direct and oversee all swim team operations and seasonal programming.
Lead, mentor, and supervise coaching staff.
Develop training plans focusing on technique, conditioning, and safety.
Coordinate swim meets, events, and parent communication.
Ensure aquatics safety standards and certifications are upheld.
Foster an encouraging, team‑oriented atmosphere for swimmers and families.
What We’re Looking For:
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Deep knowledge of swim training, technique, and competitive programs.
Ability to work collaboratively with staff, parents, and club leadership.
Relevant coaching and safety certifications are a plus.
