As a Real Estate Showing Superstar, you will be instrumental in helping prospective buyers discover their ideal homes by presenting properties with energy and professionalism. Responsibilities
Conduct property showings for prospective buyers and renters, highlighting key features and benefits
Coordinate and schedule appointments with clients, agents, and property owners to ensure smooth viewing experiences
Provide detailed information about properties, neighborhoods, and market conditions to assist clients in making informed decisions
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of available listings and market trends to effectively answer client inquiries
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and encourage repeat business
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support promotional activities and open houses
Ensure all showings comply with company policies and local real estate regulations for a professional and safe environment
Qualifications
Proven experience in real estate showings or related customer-facing roles
We offer training, systems, and support to give you the tools to succeed
Real estate license is required within 30 days of hire
Strong knowledge of local real estate market and property features
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage clients effectively
Ability to manage multiple showings and schedules efficiently
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Professional appearance and demeanor
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Proficiency with real estate software and mobile apps preferred
High school diploma or equivalent; additional real estate certifications a plus
