FLOATING LEASING CONSULTANT – SUNNYVALE, CA
DAYS REQUIRED:
WEEKENDS REQUIRED
Sares Regis Group is seeking an experienced sales and customer service professional to float between our properties in Northern California, with our Venue community as the home property. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow a career in the property‑management industry.
Duties
Interview prospective residents and record information to ascertain needs and qualifications.
Accompany prospects to model apartments and discuss size, layout, facilities, and lease terms.
Qualify prospective residents by verifying applications, lease documents, and related paperwork, updating records as necessary.
Complete lease agreements, collect rental deposit and application fee.
Introduce residents to apartment/property procedures.
Promote positive, proactive resident relations to ensure a high‑quality living experience.
Qualifications
Demonstrated sales and customer service experience required.
High school diploma or GED, or 1–3 months of related experience/training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from employees, managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Strong listening and communication skills and a proven ability to work well on a team.
Must be able to work weekends.
Salary:
$22.00–$26.00 per hour. The compensation package includes a 401(k) match, rental incentive and renewal compensation, bonuses, and rental discounts. Full‑time employees (30–40 hr/week) are eligible for medical, dental, vision, voluntary benefits, vacation accrual, and sick time accrual in accordance with law.
