Lotus Concepts Management is seeking a talented

Graphic Designer

to join our growing marketing and creative team in Denver. This is an exciting opportunity for a designer who thrives in a fast‑paced, creative environment and wants to help shape the visual identity of some of Colorado’s most recognizable hospitality brands.

Our portfolio includes concepts such as

ViewHouse Eatery, Bar & Rooftop, My Neighbor Felix, Wonderyard Garden + Table, Belle's & Boots, and new upcoming concepts , all known for vibrant guest experiences, strong branding, and innovative marketing. The Graphic Designer will play a key role in bringing these brands to life across digital, print, and in‑venue design.

This is a

full‑time, on‑site position

at our corporate office in Denver.

Position Overview The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating and maintaining high‑quality visual assets across all Lotus Concepts brands. This role will collaborate closely with the marketing team, operations leaders, and brand directors to ensure all design work aligns with each brand’s identity and marketing goals.

The ideal candidate has strong creative instincts, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently while managing multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities

Design marketing and promotional materials for multiple restaurant and hospitality brands

Create social media graphics, digital ads, email graphics, and web visuals

Design print materials including menus, event flyers, posters, signage, and in‑venue marketing pieces

Maintain brand consistency across all concepts and ensure adherence to brand guidelines

Assist with new concept branding, logo development, and visual identity creation

Support marketing campaigns, events, and seasonal promotions with creative assetsPrepare files for print production and coordinate with vendors when needed

Work closely with the marketing team to execute campaigns and promotions

Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast‑paced environment

Qualifications

2+ years of professional graphic design experience preferred

Strong portfolio demonstrating creative design work across digital and print formats

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)

Strong typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills

Experience designing for social media and digital marketing campaigns

Ability to take direction while also contributing creative ideas

Highly organized with strong time management skills

Experience working in hospitality, nightlife, restaurant, or lifestyle brands is a plus
