We're working with a high-growth Ai for Customer Support startup that's brought in over 600+ new customers in the last 12 months. We need 2 high-potential Sales Development Representatives (SDR) / Business Development Representatives (BDR) to lead both inbound and outbound qualification and book new meetings!
Role Description This candidate needs to be based in San Diego, California and expect a hybrid work schedule for the Sales Development Representative (SDR) / Business Development Representative (BDR) position. The SDR/BDR will be responsible for identifying and generating qualified sales leads through proactive outreach. Day-to-day tasks include managing inbound and outbound lead generation efforts, building relationships with prospective customers, and collaborating with the sales team to meet organizational revenue goals. The role requires effectively communicating value propositions and maintaining a deep understanding of the clients' services and industry trends.
Qualifications
Proven skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to identify and qualify potential customers
Expertise in Sales and Business Development to support lead nurturing and conversion initiatives
Strong Communication skills to engage prospective clients through emails, phone calls, and meetings
Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment
Ability to collaborate with team members and contribute to collective success
Experience with CRM tools is a plus
