We are seeking an experienced Director of Biostatistics to lead statistical strategy across early- and late-stage clinical programs. This role blends hands‑on analysis with strategic oversight, partnering with cross‑functional teams and external vendors to ensure robust, data‑driven clinical development.

Responsibilities:

• Lead biostatistics for clinical studies, including study design, endpoints, and SAP development
• Oversee CRO statistical execution, ensuring quality and timelines
• Contribute to regulatory submissions, CSRs, and integrated analyses
• Apply advanced statistical techniques to clinical, safety, biomarker, and exploratory data
• Mentor and develop statisticians while providing technical leadership

Qualifications:

• Advanced degree in Biostatistics, Statistics, or related field (MSc 10+ yrs / PhD 8+ yrs)
• Hands‑on experience across Phase I–IV trials and regulatory submissions
• Strong leadership, decision‑making, and cross‑functional collaboration skills
• Proficient in modern statistical tools and methodologies
