One of the nation’s leading heavy civil & marine contractors is hiring a Traveling Project Director to lead delivery on large-scale piling, concrete, and marine infrastructure projects across the United States.

With operations in 42 states and a strong pipeline of major infrastructure work, they are expanding their leadership team and looking for experienced project leaders who want to take ownership of high-value, complex builds .

What’s on offer

• Base salary up to 20% above market
• Performance bonuses up to 50% of base salary
• Leadership of major heavy civil & marine infrastructure projects
• Exposure to some of the largest piling and marine projects in the country
• Travel-based leadership role with significant project responsibility

Who they’re looking for

• Proven experience as a Project Director, Project Manager, or Senior Project Manager
• Background in heavy civil, marine construction, piling, or large concrete structures
• Track record managing large infrastructure projects and leading project teams
• Open to traveling for major project delivery
