Supervise pre‑production and post‑production, guiding projects from scripting to publishing.
Keep the team aligned with the project vision through clear communication and direction.
Review and provide feedback on scripts and videos to enhance storytelling.
Work closely with editors, reviewing cuts and offering constructive feedback.
Conduct regular meetings to keep everyone on track and motivated.
Efficiently communicate with clients and subjects, ensuring their needs are met.
Track and manage the production budget effectively.
Negotiate with freelancers when needed to ensure high‑quality production.
Keep task lists and the content calendar updated to stay organized.
Address any challenges that arise during pre and post‑production.
Post content on social media and actively engage with our audience.
