Overview Product Photographer/Graphic Designer needed onsite in Las Vegas, Nevada. Will design bold visuals and shoot premium product photography that drives measurable revenue. This is not a "just make it look pretty" role; it’s a creative athlete position that blends branding, performance, and content that converts. What You'll Own Design high-converting ad creatives for paid social (Meta, TikTok, YouTube) Create email graphics, landing page assets, and funnel visuals Shoot premium product photography (studio + lifestyle) Style, light, and capture product images that sell Edit photos and retouch to brand perfection Create Amazon & PDP graphics that increase conversion rate Collaborate with performance marketing & CRO teams Bring new creative angles and test concepts weekly What We're Looking For 3+ years experience in graphic design for eCommerce or DTC brands Strong portfolio showcasing BOTH: Performance ad creative Product photography (studio + lifestyle) Proficiency In Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Lightroom / Capture One Understanding of direct response marketing Ability to move fast without sacrificing quality Comfortable in a high-performance, feedback-heavy environment Strong eye for lighting, composition, and brand storytelling Bonus If You Have shot supplements, CPG, beauty, or wellness products Understand paid media testing frameworks What Success Looks Like Your ads become top-performing creatives Your product photography increases PDP conversion rates You produce assets fast enough to fuel aggressive testing You elevate brand quality without slowing growth Why Inno Supps Extremely fast-paced, fun, and growth-driven culture.
