Luxury Residential Property Manager
to oversee our prestigious multifamily communities. In this pivotal role, you will manage high‑end residential properties, ensuring exceptional service delivery to our residents and maintaining the value of the properties.
Key Responsibilities
Lead daily property operations, including leasing, maintenance, vendor management, and financial oversight
Develop and implement strategies to enhance resident satisfaction and retention in luxury living environments
Maintain financial performance by managing budgets, forecasting expenses, and ensuring profitability
Oversee the hiring, training, and performance management of property staff, fostering a collaborative and motivated team
Conduct regular property inspections to uphold high standards of cleanliness and maintenance
Address resident inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive community atmosphere
Market and promote the property to attract high‑quality tenants and achieve occupancy goals
Requirements
A minimum of 5 years of experience in property management, particularly in luxury or high‑end residential settings
Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
Strong financial management skills, including budgeting and reporting
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on customer service
In‑depth knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, including Fair Housing
Proficiency in property management software, preferably Yardi Voyager or equivalent
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required
Professional certifications such as CAM, CAPS, or CPM are highly desirable
