About The Role We're seeking an ACE Service Rep Coordinator to serve as the vital link between customers, manufacturers, service technicians, and internal teams—ensuring our automated vending machines operate at peak efficiency.

What You’ll Do

Drive Customer Satisfaction. Maintain vending machines at high operating efficiency, minimizing downtime. Build strong relationships with clients at store and corporate levels. Provide responsive service customers can count on.

Coordinate Expert Service. Manage warranty service with manufacturers and non-warranty service with AmeriGas technicians. Provide voice and email support, troubleshooting technical issues. Monitor machine status through partner portals.

Monitor & Report Performance. Produce AVAT reports with timely follow-up on open service items. Generate reports on parts inventory, sales data, technician activity, and failure rates. Track service levels to ensure reliability.

Maintain Organization. Manage administrative tasks including location listings, warranty records, contractor information, and service logs. Support new vending machine rollouts with documentation. Keep multiple accounts organized with clear communication.

What You’ll Bring Required:

4-year degree or equivalent professional experience

Minimum 5 years customer service experience

Strong troubleshooting skills, particularly over the phone

Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to handle pressure professionally. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Preferred:

Minimum 5 years troubleshooting computer or mechanical machines

Hands‑on experience with parts repair and machine maintenance

Computer and networking knowledge

Work Environment Office-based position with considerable time on computer, reading and analyzing data, and interacting with customers and vendors. Requires excellent visual acuity, hearing, communication skills, and ability to concentrate for extended periods.

The pay for this position ranges from $61,700 to $62,7000 per year, depending on circumstances including an applicant's skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, prior job experience, market data, and other relevant factors. Additional compensation may include eligibility to earn a performance-based bonus or commissions on completed sales depending on position.
