Reports to the Global E-Commerce Content + SEO Manager.
Asset Management & Project Coordination
Master Asset List (MAL) Ownership: Manage and maintain the Master Asset List, a comprehensive document outlining every asset within a campaign, including key objectives, messaging, product inclusions, and technical specifications.
Timeline Management: Translate MAL requirements into Wrike to generate deliverables, track feedback, and ensure all global timelines are strictly met.

Copywriting: Assist in the creation of campaign + SEO content copy utilizing AI‑powered tools to ensure brand voice consistency and efficiency.
SEO Blog Management: Strategically assist in the end‑to‑end development and publication of the SEO blog. This includes content planning, coordinating with writers, and ensuring all articles are optimized for search.
Content Strategy: Manage the quarterly development of SEO‑driven article content to maintain brand authority and drive organic traffic.
Digital Merchandising & Technical Execution
Asset Distribution: Manage the uploading and organization of all finalized content into OPERA (Digital Asset Management platform). Take responsibility for the monthly CDMO content scorecard; ensuring all asset distribution and platform uploads meet requirements.
Site Merchandising: Partner closely with the Tech Lead to ensure all content is correctly merchandised and displayed on the global website.
Quality Assurance: Perform rigorous QA, proofreading, and revision of digital content to ensure a premium, error‑free consumer journey.
Market Adoption: Encourage global markets and facilitate the adoption of DMI‑produced content. Own market content implementation + performance tracker to improve future asset delivery.
Site Auditing: Conduct regular audits of global market websites to ensure that launch, animation, and evergreen content are correctly implemented, localized, and visually aligned with global guidelines.
Qualifications
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in digital content coordination, creative briefing, or e‑commerce project management.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with project management tools (Wrike, Figma), DAM systems (OPERA), or CMS platforms is a strong plus.
Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to partner effectively with cross‑functional teams (Tech, Marketing, Creative).
Mindset: A customer‑centric focus with an avid attention to detail. Ability to work independently, anticipate bottlenecks, and manage multiple high‑priority projects simultaneously.
