As an Express Service Advisor, you will play a key role in ensuring a smooth and efficient service lane experience. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment. Express Service Advisor Job Responsibilities

Greet customers promptly and professionally in the express service lane. Consult with customers regarding routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and multi-point inspections. Accurately write repair orders and verify customer and vehicle information. Clearly explain recommended services, pricing, and estimated completion times. Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate completion of express services. Monitor workflow in the express lane to maintain efficiency and minimize wait times. Keep customers informed of service progress and notify them of any additional recommendations. Process payments and ensure all documentation is completed accurately. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming service drive area. Follow dealership policies and manufacturer guidelines to ensure compliance and quality standards. Support the Service Team with additional tasks as needed to maintain smooth daily operations. Express Service Advisor Compensation & Benefits

Previous customer service experience required; automotive service experience preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to upsell maintenance services ethically and effectively. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Basic understanding of automotive maintenance services (oil changes, tire rotations, inspections, etc.). Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficient computer skills and ability to learn dealership management systems. Corporate requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
