Marketing Proposal Coordinator - NC

Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Marketing Coordinator for one of our large CM clients to support their NC market. This candidate will sit locally in their Raleigh, NC HQ 5x a week and work directly with their project team.
This person will be responsible for the production and quality of all regional marketing collateral materials, as well as supporting the overall business development efforts of the company.
Leading assigned marketing pursuits including proposals, qualifications, award submissions and presentation materials.
Create targeted content by interviewing team members and conducting independent research.
Design visual assets such as logos, infographics, and custom graphics to support proposals and marketing materials.
Support collateral marketing efforts such as career fairs, jobsite signage, supporting company events and social media posts.
Weekly calls with directors and the marketing team to review schedule and discuss deliverables.
Ensure branding and quality is consistent with company standards.
Conduct client and project research to support strategic business development initiatives.

Skills and Requirements
6-10 years of marketing experience within the AEC industry.
Proven proficiency in all areas of Proposal and Marketing Management.
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, proficiency in illustrator or Photoshop for graphic design.
