Marketing Coordinator
Salary Range: $45k - $65k

About The Role The Marketing Coordinator supports the execution of marketing programs that drive customer engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation. You’ll work across campaigns, content, events, and marketing systems to help the team deliver high‑quality, on‑time marketing initiatives.
Success in this role is measured by the quality, accuracy, and impact of marketing deliverables, along with strong communication, creativity, and project management.
What You Will Do Campaign & Content Execution
Support planning, execution, and performance tracking for marketing campaigns.
Build and deploy email marketing campaigns (copywriting, scheduling, testing, segmentation, and database management).
Proofread and edit content across channels to maintain a consistent brand voice.
Manage social media programs and blog publishing.
Events & Trade Shows
Coordinate trade show and event logistics, including vendor management, registrations, itineraries, and marketing collateral.
Marketing Operations & CRM
Maintain and update the CRM (Zoho preferred) to ensure data accuracy.
Manage lead qualification workflows, including content follow‑up, email outreach, and occasional phone outreach.
Perform data imports, appends, and basic analysis using Excel.
Support list building and segmentation using B2B databases (ZoomInfo preferred).
Who You Are
A marketing professional with experience executing marketing plans and campaigns.
A strong communicator who is courteous and professional with clients, teammates, vendors, and partners.
A self‑starter who can manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently or collaboratively.
A quick learner who uses available resources to solve problems.
Highly organized with strong project management skills and attention to detail.
An excellent writer with strong copywriting and proofreading abilities.
Someone who takes ownership and follows projects through to completion.
Technical Skills
1+ year of CRM experience (Zoho CRM preferred).
1+ year managing social media using a scheduling tool (Zoho Social preferred).
1+ year using an email marketing platform (Zoho Campaigns preferred).
1+ year of copywriting experience.
Experience with B2B databases (ZoomInfo preferred).
Familiarity with WordPress for blog publishing.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
