
National Consulting Marketing Coordinator

The Consulting Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the foundational operations of the Consulting Marketing Department. This position serves as the primary point of contact for all Consulting Marketing requests, effectively managing the intake process and directing workflow within the team. This role can be located at any of our Forvis Mazars office locations.
What You Will Do
Execute integrated marketing campaigns across email, web, social, and events to promote Business Technology Services solutions
Coordinate webinars, in-person events, and conference trade shows from planning through post‑event follow‑up
Manage marketing projects using firm project‑management tools to track timelines, deliverables, approvals, and dependencies
Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including list management, QA, deployment, and performance tracking
Create, edit, and publish marketing content aligned to firm branding and messaging standards
Support website and digital updates across the firm website and BTS storefronts
Execute social media promotion to support campaigns, events, and thought‑leadership initiatives
Maintain marketing calendars, documentation, and performance reporting to support visibility
Collaborate with consulting leaders and subject‑matter experts across National Office and BTS practices to ensure aligned execution
Support sales and marketing reporting through accurate account, opportunity, lead, and campaign data in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
Conduct market and competitive research to support campaign planning and positioning
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in English, Business, Marketing, Communications or relevant field
1+ years of relevant experience in marketing
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Hands‑on experience supporting email marketing, digital campaigns, and live or virtual events
Strong organizational and time‑management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
High attention to detail and comfort working in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment
Experience leveraging AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot) to enhance content development, analysis, and overall marketing efficiency
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in a professional services firm
Salary Ranges Colorado Salary Range: Minimum $43,600 – Maximum $79,900
New York Salary Range: Minimum $52,300 – Maximum $87,100
Illinois Salary Range: Minimum $43,600 – Maximum $79,900
