You’ll ensure we are publishing creative & innovative programming across our owned social media channels and will work closely with a variety of teams (Content Marketing, Graphic Design, Production, etc.) to implement social strategies and content. This role reports to the Director of Marketing.
What You’ll Do
You’ll live on our social platforms, creating and commissioning thumb‑stopping content for owned and earned channels that drives action and grows our social community.
Carry out day‑to‑day operations on all social programming across Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, LinkedIn and other emerging platforms.
Work alongside both the Production and Content team to identify and implement social opportunities across both written and video content – including content launches, events, and larger marketing initiatives.
Quality control and review social assets before publishing.
Assist with opportunities for testing and optimization.
Provide partners with key social insights on a regular cadence, including opportunities for channel improvement and growth.
Monitor our competitive landscape, industry standards, social media tools, and develop internal guidance materials as needed.
Use your excellent analytics skills to constantly monitor and manage the performance of social content across all of THINQ’s social channels with the aim to grow our audiences on these platforms, increase engagement, and produce accurate, actionable reports.
Continuously identify and assess new and emerging channels and media opportunities to reach untapped audiences and drive conversions.
Who You Are
You have prior and proven experience working on social media content that gets attention and produces results for an established brand, editorial publication, or non‑profit.
You have strong content creation skills, with the ability to understand, educate and preserve THINQ’s sensibility, brand, aesthetic, and mission.
You can clearly communicate sophisticated topics and speak to a variety of audiences with authenticity, personality, and empathy while inviting others into the conversation.
You’re an expert at identifying how to use social media to optimize, test, and improve.
You have exceptional communication skills, with a flair for copywriting and an eye for visually exciting image and video content.
You enjoy coming up with new, creative concepts to execute on social — whether it’s through video, thoughtful community engagement, or UGC.
You're up to date with the latest social trends and landscape and have the confidence to advocate and evangelize social media across our organization.
You understand how organic and paid social media strategies can align to achieve marketing goals.
