Your Role And Responsibilities As a Brand Sales Specialist for IBM's Apptio Portfolio, you will create demand and progress opportunities to close for Apptio solutions, including Cloudability, ApptioOne, and Targetprocess. You will specialize in driving sales efforts for these solutions.
Your Primary Responsibilities Will Include
Develop Demand Opportunities: Create demand for Apptio solutions through various sales efforts, identifying potential clients and progressing opportunities to close.
Progress Sales Opportunities: Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions using Apptio's portfolio, including Cloudability, ApptioOne, and Targetprocess.
Solution Delivery Support: Deliver support for the implementation of Apptio solutions, ensuring seamless integration and effective use by clients.
Opportunity Management: Manage sales opportunities from identification to close, utilizing knowledge of Apptio solutions to drive successful outcomes.
Client Engagement: Engage with clients to build relationships, identify new sales opportunities, and provide ongoing support for Apptio solutions.
Preferred Education Bachelor's Degree
Required Technical And Professional Expertise
Apptio Solutions Knowledge: Experience with Apptio solutions, including Cloudability, ApptioOne, and Targetprocess, to identify sales opportunities and provide tailored solutions to clients.
Sales Efforts Expertise: Experience with developing demand opportunities and progressing sales efforts to close deals, utilizing various sales strategies and techniques.
Client Needs Analysis: Experience with collaborating with clients to understand their needs and providing solutions using Apptio's portfolio.
Solution Implementation Support: Experience with delivering support for the implementation of Apptio solutions, ensuring seamless integration and effective use by clients.
Opportunity Management Skills: Experience with managing sales opportunities from identification to close, utilizing knowledge of Apptio solutions to drive successful outcomes.
Preferred Technical And Professional Experience
Exposure to IT Service Management: Experience working with IT service management principles and practices, including ITIL, to understand client needs and provide tailored Apptio solutions.
Familiarity with Cloud Cost Management: Exposure to cloud cost management tools and techniques, including cloud financial management and optimization, to identify sales opportunities for Cloudability.
Knowledge of Agile Methodologies: Experience working with agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, to understand client needs and provide tailored Targetprocess solutions.
