ProServe Account Executive, NatSec ProServe (AWS)

The Amazon Web Services Professional Services (ProServe) team is seeking a dynamic ProServe Account Executive (PAE) to join our team at Amazon Web Services (AWS). In this role, you will be responsible for engaging new and existing customers in transformative projects involving IT Strategy, distributed architecture, and hybrid cloud operations. You will collaborate with ProServe Cloud Architects, Engagement Managers, and Delivery Consultants to drive customer success and business growth. As ProServe’s customer-facing relationship owner you will focus on understanding and defining business outcomes for customers, building trust, identifying applicable AWS Professional Services offerings, creating proposals, and securing customer sign‑off of Statements of Work (SOWs). Following project launch, you will stay connected with the customer to ensure we are delivering the agreed customer business outcomes (CBOs) as outlined in the SOW. This position requires that the candidate selected be a US Citizen and must currently possess and maintain an active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph. Responsibilities

Supporting business development efforts by engaging customers and contributing to high‑value engagements Collaborating with Amazon Global Sales (AGS) representatives to support a coordinated approach for key accounts Contributing to proposals, supporting customer sign‑off on SOWs, and assisting in successful project delivery Tracking ongoing projects to support delivery of agreed CBOs and contribute to revenue potential Advocating for customers while balancing AWS business objectives Basic Qualifications

Experience with cloud technologies and IT strategies 3+ years of technology sales or account management experience Experience supporting sales targets, business development, and contributing to customer satisfaction Current, active US Government Security Clearance of TS/SCI with Polygraph Preferred Qualifications

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Ability to support and develop senior client relationships Financial awareness with the ability to track and report on key performance metrics Experience supporting DoD/IC/Space procurement cycles and understanding of defense acquisition processes Experience contributing to enterprise‑level engagements within cleared environments and familiarity with national security compliance requirements (e.g., FedRAMP, IL4‑6, DoD/IC Security Guidance) About the team

Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments, restricted stock units (RSUs), and sales incentives. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and location.
