Changing Lives Productions is looking for an innovative, entrepreneurial, and data obsessed leader to build out a new Audience Development/Data Analysis function for our team. This is a ground floor opportunity to help scale our audiences and revenue while working across multiple digital platforms. You'll be the voice of data, customer and platform algorithms inside the company providing teams from creative, to marketing, to distribution the data they need to make informed decisions to rapidly scale our business.


Identify growth opportunities in content strategy, distribution, and creative in order to increase engagement, reach, and awareness of our content and IP.Manage audience development and content strategies across platforms including but not limited to YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram.Work with cross-functional teams to develop and execute creative, marketing and distribution plans.Leverage data analytics and revenue insights to impact content decisions. Inform teams about needs of current audiences as well as inform about future content opportunities to extend audiences.Monitor and understand competitors' audiences to guide development of content strategies and identify growth opportunities.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging platforms, evolving best practices, and upcoming trends to help the teams innovate.Collaborate with creative teams to offer insights and opportunities for growth across platforms.Develop each content opportunities audience strategy by working with teams to define the target audience and develop marketing and distribution plans.Plan strategies designed to achieve audience goals by leveraging owned platforms, social media, email, partnerships and paid media platforms.WHAT YOU HAVE:

Minimum of 5 years' experience in digital content optimization, audience growth, and revenue enhancement across multiple platforms.Proven ability to significantly boost platform performance in terms of revenue, views, subscribers, and engagement.In-depth knowledge of platform algorithms, SEO, and content optimization strategies, with a focus on YouTube and Facebook.Proficient with major social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, YouTube Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, Tubular, Socialblade).Experienced in conducting experiments and A/B tests to optimize creative, marketing, and distribution tactics.Entrepreneurial mindset with excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.Exceptional ability to communicate complex data insights clearly to diverse audiences, including C-suite executives.Strong interpersonal skills, capable of leading and inspiring cross-functionalWHO OVERSEES YOU:
