Job Overview - Senior Manager, Regional Marketing Communications:Our client is looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager of Regional Marketing Communications to join their team. In this exciting role, you will provide strategic oversight for communication strategies and multichannel campaigns, driving awareness and generating leads for product portfolios within the science business unit.Location: Boston, MA (Hybrid)Compensation: $120,000 - $150,000/yearSchedule: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to FridayResponsibilities as the Senior Manager, Regional Marketing Communications:
  • Strategic Oversight: Lead communication strategies and multichannel campaigns to boost awareness and generate leads.
  • Marketing Management: Oversee and support marketing activities in North America, from campaigns to lead-to-sales processes.
  • Communication Plans: Develop strategic marketing communication plans with product and market management teams.
  • Content Marketing: Implement content marketing strategies to position the company as an industry leader.
  • Digital Marketing: Execute digital and social media strategies to increase engagement and website traffic, using analytics to measure success.
  • Event Management: Plan and manage company events, including logistics, setup, and vendor coordination.
  • Vendor Management: Build and manage relationships with third-party vendors and handle contracts.
  • Collaboration: Act as the primary marketing partner for central and regional teams, supporting sales activities.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze marketing performance, report on progress, and support regional and global strategy.
  • Standard Procedures: Ensure regional campaigns align with global procedures and CI guidelines.
Qualifications for the Senior Manager, Regional Marketing Communications:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Communications, or Marketing.
  • Experience:5+ years of experience in marketing communication, including development and execution of tactical plans. Experience in biotechnology, medical devices, or life sciences is also required.
  • Skills:Digital marketing expertise, cross-functional influence, stakeholder management, strong organizational and creative skills, proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
