We are seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy Operations & Property Management Coordinator to support our growing brokerage and property management business. This role works closely with the broker and helps ensure the day-to-day operations of the business run smoothly. Role Overview
Perch Real Estate is seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy Operations & Property Management Coordinator to support our growing real estate brokerage and property management business. This role supports the broker by managing day‑to‑day operations across property management, client services, marketing, and administrative systems. The ideal candidate enjoys building systems, organizing information, and ensuring everything behind the scenes runs smoothly. This position works closely with the broker and plays a key role in delivering an exceptional experience to both real estate clients and property management owners and tenants. Hybrid Work Environment
This is a hybrid position. While much of the work can be completed remotely, the role will occasionally require working from our Lakewood office a few days per week as needed for collaboration, meetings, or operational tasks. We offer flexible scheduling and the ability to work from home for many responsibilities, provided work is completed efficiently and communication remains strong. Core Responsibilities
Property Management Operations
Coordinate maintenance requests with tenants and vendors Track property information in Buildium Assist with lease renewals and tenant communication Coordinate rental listings and showing availability Follow up with rental leads Maintain property files and documentation Assist with owner updates and reporting Assist Showing Properties Property Walkthrough’s to document property condition pre-tenant move-in, or mid-way through a lease Real Estate Sales Support
Assist with listing preparation and coordination Schedule showings and client appointments Transaction Coordination Organize transaction documents and timelines Assist with client communication and follow-ups Support buyer and seller marketing materials CRM & Marketing Support
Maintain and organize the brokerage CRM Assist with client follow-up systems Coordinate direct mail campaigns and marketing pieces Help manage email campaigns and newsletters Organize client database and tagging Administrative & Operational Support
Manage calendars and scheduling Prepare documents and templates Maintain brokerage systems and records Assist with website updates and listing information Support general office operations and communication Key Skills & Qualifications
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new software Excellent written and verbal communication Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities Self‑motivated and proactive Prior Real Estate Experience is a bonus but not required Preferred experience with tools such as: Buildium Follow Up Boss Microsoft 365 / OneDrive CRM systems Canva or marketing tools Opportunity for Licensed Agents
Licensed real estate agents in this role are welcome to continue building and growing their own real estate business while working with our team. Perch Real Estate is a collaborative brokerage environment, and agents in this position are encouraged to pursue their own sales opportunities in addition to supporting brokerage operations. This can be a great fit for agents who want: A more stable income while growing their business Access to mentorship and industry experience Exposure to both residential sales and property management Opportunities to assist with transactions and client relationships Sales activity is encouraged but not required, and the role offers exposure to many aspects of the real estate business.
