Key Responsibilities Convert prospect inquiries into tours and signed leases through strong sales techniques and follow-up.
Conduct professional and engaging apartment tours that showcase the value of the community.
Consistently achieve or exceed leasing goals, closing ratios, and occupancy targets.
Manage the full leasing cycle from initial inquiry through application and move‑in.
Maintain strong knowledge of pricing strategies, market conditions, and competitive properties.
Lead Management Respond promptly to all leads from phone, email, and online sources.
Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects to increase conversion ratios.
Track prospect activity and leasing performance within property management systems.
Resident Experience & Retention Deliver a high level of customer service to prospects and current residents.
Support resident retention efforts through professional communication and service.
Assist residents with leasing inquiries, renewals, and general questions.
Marketing & Traffic Generation Support outreach marketing and community engagement efforts to generate traffic.
Maintain knowledge of marketing campaigns and leasing specials.
Promote the community through positive interactions with prospects and residents.
Administrative Responsibilities Prepare and process lease agreements, applications, and renewal documentation.
Maintain accurate resident files and ensure compliance with company policies and Fair Housing regulations.
Coordinate move‑ins and communicate with maintenance to ensure units are ready.
Property Presentation Ensure model units and tour paths are clean, organized, and show‑ready.
Maintain knowledge of available units and upcoming availability.
Work with maintenance and management teams to ensure timely apartment readiness.
Qualifications Minimum 3 years of multifamily leasing/sales experience.
Proven ability to meet or exceed leasing goals.
Strong closing, communication, and relationship‑building skills.
Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations.
Experience with property management software (Entrata, Yardi, AppFolio, or similar) preferred.
Weekend availability required.
