Join a team that puts people first! SESLOC is looking for a detail‑driven, member‑focused Consumer Loan Processor who's passionate about helping members reach their financial goals.

What You’ll Do

Interview applicants and help them choose the right loan products

Process loan requests, assemble documentation, and ensure accuracy

Review credit reports, verify income, and calculate debt‑to‑income ratios

Prepare loan documents for branches and the contact center

Support specialized services like DMV paperwork and account transfers

Provide outstanding member support over phone and email

Collaborate with branches and departments to ensure smooth workflows

Help educate members by recommending helpful products and services

Compliance & Professionalism You’ll maintain confidentiality, follow federal and state regulations, and keep up to date on Credit Union policies, products, and training. If you’re a notary (or want to become one!), even better.

What You Bring

High school diploma or GED

1-3 years of loan processing or related financial experience

Strong customer service skills

Must be registered or qualify to register with the National Mortgage Licensing System & Register as a Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) and maintain annual registration requirements.

Credit Union experience is a plus!
