Develop targeted territory and vertical market strategies, including engagement with government contracting ecosystems and procurement channels
Build and manage relationships with senior decision-makers and technical stakeholders, including procurement teams, project managers, and engineering leads
Position MTD’s solutions as reliable, scalable, and sustainability-driven in competitive and mission-critical environments
Collaborate closely with Engineering, Operations, and Project Management to ensure technical feasibility and successful delivery
Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM discipline
Consistently achieve or exceed revenue targets, margin objectives, and activity KPIs
Monitor market, regulatory, and competitive developments—including public sector and contracting trends—to identify new growth opportunities

Proven success in hunter-style B2B sales, with a strong record of generating new business
Experience working with or selling into government contractors, public sector projects, or regulated industries is strongly preferred
