The ideal candidate will haveat least 5 years of property management experienceand be proficient inResManproperty management software. This is a leadership role whereyou’llbe responsible forensuring the community runssmoothly,residents are supported, and financial goals are met.
WhatYou’llDo:
Lead and manage the onsite team, including leasing staff and maintenance. Oversee daily operations, resident relations, leasing, renewals, and occupancy goals. UtilizeResManto manage financial reporting, leasing activity, and resident records. Ensure budget compliance, track expenses, and drive NOI growth. Develop and execute marketing and leasing strategies to maximize occupancy. Conduct regular property inspections and ensure compliance with company standards. Handle escalated resident concerns and resolve issues professionally. WhatWe’reLooking For:
5+ years of experience as a Property Manager in multifamily housing (required). Proficiencyin ResMan software (required). Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to manage budgets, analyze financials, and hit performance targets. Proventrack recordof increasing occupancy and resident satisfaction. High levelof professionalism and customer service.
