Share travel insights, recommendations, and curated ideas to inspire bookings
Coordinate and confirm reservations using approved booking systems
Communicate with clients via email, messaging platforms, phone, and social media
Manage itinerary updates, booking changes, and customer inquiries
Maintain accurate client records and reservation details
Participate in training programs and ongoing professional development
Qualifications
Interest in travel, marketing, or online engagement
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-focused mindset with good organizational abilities
Comfortable using social media and digital tools
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Basic computer and internet proficiency
Reliable high-speed internet connection
Must be 18 years of age or older
