Job Purpose

To become a trusted partner to our buyers and provide them with an extraordinary home buying experience from start to finish and beyond. Achieve and/or exceed monthly sales and closings goals outlined by the Division.

Essential Job Functions Achieve and/or exceed sales and closings goals outlined by the Division.

Fully understand and communicate all product offerings, building process, financing plans, and mortgage process to guide prospective buyers.

Arrive 15-30 minutes prior to opening to perform opening procedures and prepare for the day.

Meet, greet, and build rapport with visitors; encourage guest registration.

Develop, practice, and deliver a strong sales presentation aligned with company training.

Schedule and attend customer meetings and other business appointments.

Visit and build relationships with Brokers and Realtors.

Attend weekly meetings and mandatory company events.

Perform a CMA and stay knowledgeable about community competition.

Stay up to date on community information and relevant city information.

Consistently follow up with prospective buyers and maintain notes.

Take ownership of community by maintaining brand standards in inventory and model homes; notify the team of opportunities for improvement.

Maintain broad knowledge of Rockwell Homes, neighborhoods, construction industry trends, and developments.

Adhere to sales, marketing, and company policies and procedures.

Complete necessary paperwork, contracts, community reports, and forms on time.

Proactively connect with contracted buyers to instill confidence in their purchase.

Weekly updates with Neighborhood Construction Managers and ongoing communication with buyers/realtors.

Qualifications

Must enjoy working in a fast-paced sales environment with strong communication, detail orientation, organization, time management, and relationship-building skills. Must be able to maintain a positive, professional attitude, resilience, and adaptability to changing priorities. Weekend work is required.

Educational/Experience Requirements

New home sales experience is preferred. High School Diploma required.

Compensation

Commission-based on sales closings against draw.

Required Skills and Knowledge Fluent in written and spoken English. Spanish is a plus.

Ability to review, analyze, and interpret information and troubleshoot problems.

Strong business English and professional communication with internal and external customers, orally and in writing.

Computer literacy in Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint; able to learn new programs.

Ability to multi-task and prioritize to meet deadlines.

Proven organizational skills in a high-paced environment.
